Geely Galaxy started selling the Cruiser 700 off-road SUV in China on October 10, 2026. According to CnEVPost, more than 10,000 confirmed orders came in within the first 12 minutes, and CarNewsChina reports the same figure. These are orders, not sales. CnEVPost also notes that the more than 43,900 presale reservations from September do not mean final orders.
One model, two names
CnEVPost writes about the Cruiser 700, CarNewsChina about the Battleship 700. Both outlets give the Chinese name Zhanjian 700, the same dimensions (5,085 by 1,999 mm, 2,900 mm wheelbase), the same powertrains and the same result of 10,000 orders in 12 minutes. On that basis we conclude it is one car under two English names. This is our conclusion from comparing two sources, not a manufacturer statement.
The car has a 47.14 kWh LFP battery with CATL cells. Versions with the 1.5-liter turbo engine deliver 350 kW (about 476 hp) with single-axle drive or 690 kW (about 938 hp) with three electric motors; the top version with a 2.0-liter turbo engine has 830 kW (about 1,129 hp). Electric-only range in China's CLTC cycle is 270 to 305 km, and combined range with the combustion engine is 1,520 to 1,770 km for the 1.5-liter versions. For the version rated at 305 km CLTC, CarNewsChina also gives a WLTP figure: 247 km on electricity.
Prices
The official starting price is 189,800 yuan, regular versions cost up to 259,800 yuan, and the Land Ark special edition costs 379,800 yuan. After a 6,000-yuan tax subsidy and a 4,000-yuan insurance subsidy the price is 179,800 yuan; with an eligible trade-in the manufacturer quotes 169,800 yuan. These terms do not change the list price.
Neither source mentions plans to sell this model in Europe, so nothing is known yet about its arrival on the Polish market.
